Last night, May 14th 2009, I had the privilege of doing a demonstration for NETFFA or North East Texas Fine Arts Alliance. The group, from the beginning, was a fun set of people. Everyone shared their recent works and had a "kudos" session for anyone with good news. I knew right then that they were a happy and sharing group of artist and I was thrilled that they had invited me. The demonstration was on the silkscreen process. Everyone seemed to enjoy the meeting. I hope I will be invited back for another demo on colored pencil - which I feel most comfortable with presenting, or perhaps I will be able to schedule a workshop in the media and have my newest art friends join me.
