1. Contact Robin via email under contact on the home page of this site.
   
2. Provide ALL of your contact information and a brief description of what you are wanting created.
3. Provide candid snapshots of the subject and a general desired size description. The smallest available size is 11" x 14". Allow Robin to calculate and contact you with the final price (shipping and handling included). 
4. Send photo references to Robin via email or "snail mail" along with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
5. Once Robin receives the photo references and down payment it will generally take 4-6 weeks to completion
6. When the piece is complete Robin will contact you with final payment and shipping cost. She will send the work double matted in a neutral color with and acid free backing. Once final payment is received, Robin will ship the original and will return the reference photos. 

The fairest method Robin has found to price her artwork is by the square inch. Currently, she is charging $1.50USD per square inch with the smallest available size being an 11"x14" image. Calculating the price is 11 x 14 x 1.50 = $231.00USD for one subject. Additional subjects are 15% more per subject, making the cost of an original portrait of 2 subjects in the 11" x 14" format: Base cost of $231.00 + 15% ($34.65) = $265.65USD + shipping and handling.
